By utilizing the hydraulic system on his Liebherr 744 crawler tractor, Allied Power Products, Inc. (APPI) was able to provide a Washington state contractor with the winch he needed for his machine, even though the tractor did not have a PTO.

With up to 65,000 lbs of line pull and true "inching" capability, this unit has proven to be an excellent solution that more than meets his needs for power and control.

Easily accessible controls allow for full operation from the cab and a solenoid activated free-spool selector makes it possible to pull wire rope off the drum by hand. 

An APPI designed four-roller fairlead protects the wire rope during side pulls and the drum will hold up to 200 feet of 1 inch wire rope.  The complete package weighs just under 3,000 lbs.
